Just like what you get on the days after the Thanksgiving meal, I offer this grouping of TV and radio leftovers.

A PARTNERSHIP: Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and attorney David Gruber have teamed up the last few years, offering a number of TV commercials for Gruber's practice, known for its "One Call, That's All" tagline. But this week, the pair launched a website called ItsAaron.com "to create awareness for organizations and people who are changing the world."

The first offering features Rodgers paying a visit to three people: Maggie, Dijon and Brandon. Video and photos have been released with Maggie, who is now cancer-free after months of chemotherapy and difficult surgeries. You can see the video at the bottom of this report. (Tip: Have tissue on hand.)

SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT: Dave Herro has been busy mobilizing his SuperFriends to get the word out for the next Blizzard Brawl, set for Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Waukesha Expo Center. Professional wrestling fans may already know Herro for his appearances on "Pro Wrestling Report" with Dameon Nelson on WCVG-TV My 24 in Milwaukee. But, Herro is also known for putting together some of the greatest wrestling shows in the Midwest.

This latest Blizzard Brawl will feature Kevin Nash, also known as "Big Sexy" ... I don't make this stuff up. The main event will be Rikishi and Too Cool vs. Billy Gunn and Armando Estrada, and the day will feature appearances from such wrestling notables like Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Terri "Marlena" Runnels, The Honky Tonk Man and former AWA World Champion Larry Zybysko.

One match on the bill features Funaki vs. "The Love Machine" Matt Longtime. Funny, I don't remember anyone calling Longtime by that nickname when he was in high school.

Tickets for the event are available at BlizzardBrawl.com.

SPEAKING OF SPORTS: Well, really entertainment more than sports ... anyway, International Tennis Hall of Famer Chris Evert, Olympic gold medalist Lindsay Davenport and tennis commentator Justin Gimelstob will guest star in an episode of "CSI" sometime in January. The three tennis personalities will appear as themselves when the CSI team investigates the death of a professional female tennis player, according to CBS.

HELPING OTHERS: WTMJ-AM 620 has kicked off its Kids 2 Kids Christmas, asking parents to take their kids shopping to purchase toys for kids who are less fortunate. The toys will be distributed to children in Southeastern Wisconsin through The Salvation Army. Listeners can visit 620 WTMJ's website for more information.

MAKING AN APPEARANCE: Grammy-nominated singer Jordin Sparks will make an appearance from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 30 at Boston Store's Southridge Mall location. The "American Idol" season six contestant is introducing her own signature fragrance called "Ambition."

RADIO PLAY: Tom Dixon's Twang Dragons have been recording new songs for a planned 2013 release. The Milwaukee-based "roots rock" band will be getting some air play on National Public Radio's "Car Talk" this winter. The band's fourth album, "Roadkill on the Highway of Love," is set to come out before festival season. "Car Talk" airs Saturdays and Sundays on WUWM-FM 89.7.

GOLDEN EAGLES: Time Warner Cable announced earlier this month that it will produce and air a number of men's and women's basketball games this season. Time Warner Cable Sports32 will be led by Dennis Krause and Tim Van Vooren, as they will split the play-by-play duties, and former MU standout Jim McIlvaine will call the action for the men's games. Steve "The Homer" True will do play-by-play and Kareeda Chones-Aguam will be courtside for the women's matchups.

Here are the remaining games:

Sports32 Broadcasts (Men) – Nov. 13; Nov. 26; Dec. 15; Dec. 29

BIG EAST Network Broadcasts (on Sports32) – Jan. 5; Jan. 16; Jan. 26; Feb. 9; Feb. 19; Mar. 5

Sports32 Broadcasts (Women) – Dec. 8; Jan. 5; Feb. 2; Mar. 4
