Your home or condo is in good hands in Milwaukee.  In fact, if you are a homeowner in Milwaukee, you’ll be happy to know that our city has cracked yet another “Top 10 list.

Mark Nash, Chicago real estate broker and author of “1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home,” recently laid out in a book where he thinks investors and home buyers can make a go at it in 2006.

He lists 10 markets:  Atlanta, Austin, Boise, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Antonio, Seattle and Milwaukee.  When noting Milwaukee he says, “Solid Midwestern values speculate-proof this burgeoning market.”

Interestingly, Milwaukee did not make his top markets list in his “2006 First Quarter Real Estate Market Update,” published in May.
