The second Hue Vietnamese Restaurant will open next week at 6519 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa.

In 2010, co-owners Mark Nielsen and Cat Tran opened the first Hue at 2691 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. in Bay View.

The two restaurants will be similar, but Hue Wauwatosa will have an enclosed patio and more bar offerings. Stay tuned for a in-depth article by OnMilwaukee.com’s Lori Fredrich next week.
