A new martini bar, Indigo, swings open its doors today in the Vliet Street space that formerly housed The Highlander restaurant. Word is, Indigo is a modern martini bar and restaurant with a range of fine and casual dining options.
Washington Heights' Vliet Street recently got a new cafe to replace Blue Dawg Bagels and a crocheting store called Kro-Sha, too. And The Times theater will host many of the screenings for this year's Milwaukee International Film Festival. It's all happening on Vliet.
