Winning takes time, commitment, trust and, of course, talent.

LeBron James is one player.  Aaron Rodgers is one player.  Yet, in their respective sports, both are amazing leaders, highly skilled players and true students of the game.  So, I had to share LeBron's tweet from yesterday addressing his team's somewhat lackluster start.

See, the Cavs are 1-3 and not sharing the ball the way that a NBA champion needs to.  The Packers, as you know, stumbled out of the gates to another 1-2 record.  Packers Nation, as it does, went crazy.  Aaron Rodgers said simply "relax."  King James is saying the same to his fans.

It's a good message.  Trust the system, work hard and don't get so caught up that you lose site of your skills, passions and strengths.

Whether you love James or Rodgers, or not, "relaxing" is a good reminder for us all.
