J. Crew will open its second Mercantile branded store in the country at The Mayfair Collection shopping center, between Ulta and Men’s Wearhouse.

The shop offers a more affordable line of clothing. The company announced earlier this year that its first Mercantile store would open in Dallas, Texas.

Construction is expected to begin in August, with a projected opening before the end of the year.
