Here's a quick Q & A with bartender Jimmy Findlay of SPiN Milwaukee:

OnMilwaukee.com: How long have you been tending bar?

Jimmy Findlay: Eight years.

OMC: What's the most important tool behind the bar?

JF: A muddler for mojitos and Old Fashioneds.

OMC: What's your favorite Milwaukee bar (other than the one where you work)?

JF: Stubby's is a great neighborhood bar with a fun staff. They are very interactive with their customers and love playing bar dice. They have a good menu and with 53 beers on tap. It's great having a bar that is a block from my house that does so many fun things for their customers like buses to and from events such as Brewers games and Summerfest. Not to mention great happy hour and nightly specials including SIN every Sunday all day and night! It's actually a great  brunch spot too. I'll put their Bloody Marys up against anybody's. There are also many games to play such as shuffle board and pool and plenty of TV's to watch the big game.

OMC: What's your favorite brunch spot?

JF: Trocadero.

OMC: Have you served anyone famous?

JF: Many athletes over the years.

OMC: Did they tip well?

JF: It's about 50-50 whether they tip well or not.

OMC: What drink are you making for Bartender Olympics?

JF: Grand OR-G.

Grand OR-G
1.5 ounces OR-G
1.5 ounce Grand Marnier
1 ounce simple syrup
Squeeze of fresh lime and fill with seltzer
