Drilling Restaurant Group will be hosting a job fair on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Historic Hose Tower, 5699 Parking St. in Greendale.

The family-owned restaurant group operates Panther Pub & Eatery at 5651 Broad St. and the forthcoming Dia y Noche café y restaurante 6601 Parking St. in Greendale

Both restaurants will be hiring for dozens of open positions, including dishwashers, hostesses, servers, bartenders, baristas, line cooks, management positions and more.

“The Drilling Restaurant group is beyond excited to opening two new ventures, and looks to continuing the on-going success of the Panther Pub & Eatery," noted owner Mike Drilling in a release about the job fair. “The hope for this job fair is to give industry top talent a chance to be part of something that is fresh, unique and expanding. It is our mission to make our community a food and beverage destination, and with the right ideas; the right people, we feel that is attainable."
