Wanna have a fun, affordable and very Milwaukee wedding? Look no further than the "Lakefront Chapel" at Lakefront Brewery, 1972 N. Commerce St., this Valentine's Day.
On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the craft brewery will provide 15-minute wedding ceremonies and vow renewals in a private, decorated, pop-up chapel. This year, the chapel features a second space due to popular demand in previous years.
Reservations are currently available every 15 minutes from 11:15 a.m. to 8 p.m. and cost $30 to book. Reservations close on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at midnight.
Practiced, ordained Tour Guide officiants perform the nuptial exchange and incorporate unique details into each ceremony.
Although not required, Lakefront offers Big Day upgrades such as professional photography from artist Samer Ghani; artisan-made etched and customized pint glasses; in-house baked cupcakes, bouquets and/or boutonnieres from Feisty Flowers; champagne; and live music from a guitar player.
Lakefront Owner Russ Klisch will also host two free mass vow renewals at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. All couples will receive a free beer. No reservations or tickets are required to attend these group ceremonies.
The Lakefront Chapel is open to all and a limited number of guests are welcome to attend. For more information and / or to book a ceremony, go here.
