Lee Guk, owner of Ten Bells in Walker's Point, confirmed this afternoon that he purchased the building that formerly housed The Ball Game, 196 S. 2nd St., and says he will reopen the space by mid-October as Lucky Joe's Tiki Room.

The tiki-themed lounge will have a "lot of bamboo, fruity drinks and volcano bowls to share" according to Guk, mixed in with an old school cocktail lounge feel. The music will range from surf to rockabilly to Sinatra and Guk plans to have a live Elvis impersonator every month.

"The bar will have a tiki theme, but not just tropical music," says Guk.
