Every Saturday from Oct. 22 to Nov. 19, Marcus restaurants will host a sequence of classes called Celebrated Chefs Autumn 2011 Series.
During each class, participants will enjoy the chef's food creations paired with wine.
Each class is limited to 18 participants so each person experiences a close-up look at cooking techniques in an intimate setting. Some of the featured classes include squash recipes with Chef David Zakroczymski and gluten-free cooking with Chef Mark Weber.
Each two-hour cooking demonstration will be held at the Mason Street Grill Chef's Counter – adjacent to The Pfister Hotel – from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tickets are $29 per person or $49 per couple. All guests will receive a $20 gift card to experience other Marcus restaurants.
