The Beer Garden in Deer District is about to become the Marg Garden as the fifth annual Margarita Fest is coming to the Downtown hub on Sunday, June 26.
Hosted by Shepherd Express, Margarita Fest will pour tasty samples of some of the city's most marvelous margaritas throughout the afternoon. Attendees will then get to place their votes for their favorite frosty cocktail, with the best beverage getting crowned with the honor of Best Margarita at the end of the festivities. Plus, to help soak up all those delicious drinks, several taco trucks will serve up their tasty wares nearby.
Tickets for the 21-and-older event are on sale now at the Shepherd Express website, with margarita maniacs able to purchase admission for either the early session (11 a.m. until 2 p.m.) or the later session (2-5 p.m.) for $33. VIP tickets, however, are also available, granting access to both sessions for $45.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
