As part of its ongoing commitment to elevate the dining establishments, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has unveiled a new dining experience: The Potawatomi Marketplace.

Located just off the first floor gaming area, the Marketplace will offer a variety of quick-service dining options and grab-and-go snacks.

The first two (of seven) concepts – Burger Co. and Project Pizza Co. – are currently open for business. Burger Co. offers made-to-order burgers, chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, hand-cut fries and fried cheese curds. Meanwhile, Project Pizza Co. serves pizzas made with hand-stretched dough and high quality toppings.

More to come

The Potawatomi Marketplace will draw inspiration from international cuisines and experiences from around the world, eventually showcasing seven distinctive concepts including: Mini and Wow, Small Bar, Gilded Cleaver, Queen of Ramen, and Taco Spot.

The new concepts are expected to be unveiled in the coming months.
