With Aveda moving its Institute of Beauty and Wellness a few blocks east to 327 E. St. Paul Ave., its marquee space at the Mayer Building at 342 N. Water St. is available.

It’s a gateway location with exceptional visibility on a high profile corner.  More than 75,000 cars pass it daily, and it’s situated within walking distance for nearly all of greater Downtown’s more than 12,000 residents.

There are 12,490 square feet available for lease.

So, what do you want to see here?  What would work?  What wouldn’t?  It’s a stone’s throw from the Milwaukee Public Market and just calls out for something big.

Chime in with the Talkbacks.
