Ming Luo, the owner of Chopstix, 1820 N. Farwell Ave., will open a second restaurant, Mizu, on the same block on a currently undetermined date in August.

Mizu, 1828 N. Farwell Ave., will offer Japanese food and delivery service.

Luo says the majority of the available menu offerings will be noodle or hibachi-grilled items, but Mizu will offer "a little bit of sushi" as well.
