Why You Can’t Miss It

After a short stint away working on his side-project Dead Man Winter, lead singer, David Simonett, is back with Trampled By Turtles. The band wasted no time getting back in the swing of things, releasing their latest album, "Life Is Good On The Open Road," back in May. Milwaukee is one of five Wisconsin stops that the Duluth-based band will make to kick off its tour. Come out to The Riverside Theater on Saturday to hear some of the old favorites and sample the awesome new stuff!

Song Starter Pack

The Hit – "Wait So Long"

Easily the first song that comes to mind when you hear the words "Trampled by Turtles." The instrumentals on this song are so fast and hard that you definitely feel like you were run over by something.

B-Side Beauty – "New Orleans"

This beauty is easy to miss tucked away with a group of other outstanding songs on the album "Palomino." Luckily, Simonett gave it a second chance to shine in a recording with Dead Man Winter.

Can’t Wait to See it Live – "Alone"

One of the most thoughtful and beautiful songs that you’ll hear in the genre. Seeing this song alone would be worth the price of entry.
