The Pabst Theater announced today that Mumford & Sons will play the Marcus Amphitheater on Sept. 3 as part of their Full English tour. The concert will be The Pabst Theater Organization's first-ever amphitheater show.

The concert will feature The Vaccines and Bear's Den.

Register for ticket sales at mumfordandsons.com. Registration closes July 3; email invitations for tickets are sent to registrants on July 8. General admission will be $50 and lawn seating will be $30.

Milwaukee is a special town for Mumford & Sons; the group last performed here at the Riverside Theater on Aug. 30, 2010, just before its first Grammy nominations and the group's ensuing stardom. This will be the band's first tour since bassist Ted Dwane underwent brain surgery this month to relieve a blood clot.
