PS Seasoning, a family-owned company headquartered in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin whose products are sold across North America and Europe, has released a new line of innovative seasoning blends meant to up the ante for steaks cooked at home.

The collection, inspired by the latest trends in the flavor industry, includes three consumer favorites – including an oh-so-Wisconsin blend inspired by the Old Fashioned cocktail – and a new creation, Black Tie, which incorporates the depth and umami of black garlic.

Each multidimensional blend aims to deliver both an immersive flavor experience and a little taste of luxury that promises to elevate everyday meals.

The blends reflect the company’s nearly 50 years of experience developing seasonings and sauces designed to make cooking easy, flavorful and fun.

“Our new steak seasoning line reflects our continued commitment to flavor innovation,” notes Joe Hanni, CEO of PS Seasoning. “Each blend is crafted to transform everyday meals into extraordinary culinary experiences. We are excited to bring these bold, unique flavors to our customers and help elevate their cooking adventures.”

The steak seasonings, which are packaged in large-scale glass shaker bottles,  include:

  • Black Tie: Featuring the deep savory richness of black garlic and the smooth decadence of butter, this blend elevates steak to restaurant-quality perfection.
  • Chop Shop: Butcher-approved and packed with steakhouse flavor, this bold blend of garlic, pepper and savory herbs is a must-have kitchen staple.
  • On the Rocks: This blend delivers the flavor of an Old Fashioned cocktail to the grill with splashes of bourbon, blood orange and peppercorn. This award-winning blend brought home a sofi™ Award, the “Emmy” of flavor, from the Specialty Food Association.
  • Multi Tool: The ultimate back pocket blend, featuring salt, garlic, black pepper and onion, will ensure that every steak gets done right.
