We're just under four months away from the Wisconsin State Fair, and on Tuesday, we learned about another big name being added to its growing list of performers. R&B artist Ne-Yo will headline the Bank Five Nine Main Stage on Saturday, August 2nd.

This marks the seventh headliner announced for the fair, which runs from July 31 to August 10. Ne-Yo has only played Milwaukee twice before as a headliner, both times at Summerfest. His most recent appearance was in 2023, with a previous visit in 2006. The R&B crooner is currently on the road an opening act for Mary J. Blige. That tour wraps up this coming Monday.

In addition to the headliner announcement, the fair also recently announced a pair of support acts, with R&B singer Bobby V. being added as support for Boyz II Men on August 1st, and Uncle Kracker opening for Darius Rucker on Friday, August 8th. An opening act for Ne-Yo will be revealed at a later date.

Tickets for Ne-Yo’s fair performance go on sale Friday, April 11 at 10 a.m. through the Wisconsin State Fair website. A presale is set for Thursday, April 10 at 10 a.m.

Announced Bank Five Nine Amphitheater headliners (so far):
