Neither UWM nor UW-Green Bay received an invitation to the National Invitation Tournament on Sunday.

The Panthers, who finished with a 17-14 record, had less hope than the Phoenix (22-10). Green Bay, which beat Milwaukee twice in the regular season, was seeded second in the Horizon League tournament and lost to eventual champion Cleveland State, which qualified for the NCAA field of 65.
