The local news ratings for November have been released, with WISN 12 at the top of the charts for the period.
"WISN 12 News" at 5 p.m. drew the highest audience among all weekday local newscasts with a 6.3 household rating, followed by "WISN 12 News" at 6 p.m. with the second highest audience with a 6.1 household rating. WITI's "FOX6 Wake Up" at 7 a.m. took third in the ratings with a 5.7 household rating, while WTMJ's 10 p.m. newscast took fourth with the same household rating but fewer impressions (WITI's 51,200 to WTMJ's 50,900). WITI's "FOX6 Wake Up" at 8 a.m. wrapped up the top five with a 5.6 household rating and 50,300 household impressions.

As for election night ratings during the 10 p.m. slot, "WISN 12 News" won there as well, with the newscast at 10 p.m. scoring a 7.9 household rating. WTMJ's 10 p.m. newscast scored second place with a 7.3 household rating, while Fox News took third with a 7.0 household rating. The rest of the election night ratings are as follows:
While WISN 12 wins the overall news ratings race, other networks won in particular time slots. WTMJ won a tight race in the 10 p.m. hour with a 5.7 household rating, with WITI (5.3) and WISN (5.2) finishing closely behind. And as for weekday mornings, WITI led the slot with WISN, WTMJ and WDJT following behind.
