The Packers open the home portion of their 2010 schedule today at noon against the Buffalo Bills.
They'll try to win their fourth consecutive home opener for the first time since Curly Lambeau's teams accomplished the feat from 1938-'41.
Green Bay will also come into the game looking to replace running back Ryan Grant who was lost for the season last week when he injured his right ankle against Philadelphia.
"This is something we have to deal with and move forward from as a team. We have confidence that our other players will step up and meet the challenge of these losses."
Brandon Jackson will start at running back against the Bills.
