A day after they announced that Brett Favre will not miss a game because of the elbow / shoulder injuries that sidelined him Thursday night in Dallas, the Packers signed quarterback Craig Nall to be their third quarterback.

Green Bay drafted Nall in the fifth round in 2002, and he spent four seasons with the team before moving to Buffalo in 2006. He was with the Bills and Houston this season.

In order to clear a spot for Nall on the roster, the Packers released safety Marviel Underwood.
