The 2024 Metropolitan Builders Association Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn’s, kicks off Saturday, Aug. 10 at two area subdivisions.

The 78th annual event will showcase 14 homes built by 14 MBA member builders in New Berlin and Menomonee Falls.

The Parade offers visitors a look at trends in home design, home construction and innovative features.

It runs though Monday, Sept. 2 (Labor Day) at Fox River Falls in Menomonee Falls and Autumn Trace in New Berlin.

Make your way through the homes to see interesting finishes, covered porches, swanky bathrooms, modern tech-friendly kitchens, welcoming indoor gathering spaces, entertainment rooms, statement walls, eye-popping hardscapes and more.

“This year’s Parade homes exemplify the collaborative eƯort of MBA builders, suppliers and tradespeople who collectively work together to strengthen the home building industry,” says MBA President Dean Fredrick.

“This year we celebrate the 78th year of the Parade, so make sure to come out and enjoy the 2024 MBA Parade of Homes!“

The MBA Parade of Homes runs Tuesdays-Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m. and weekends/Labor Day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Closed Mondays.

A variety of food trucks will be on-site during the events, too, including Atwood Hwy BBQ Co., Jandy's Base Camp and local schools and clubs doing fundraisers.  A complete schedule is here.
