We wrote earlier this week about Milwaukee's own Anthony Pettis, the MMA fighter whose story of triumph over tragedy landed him on MTV and made him the fierce competitor he is today.
When we spoke to Pettis he was training for a World Extreme Cage Fighting title shot at WEC 53 against former champion Ben Henderson. That's right, I said former.
Pettis won by unanimous decision on the heels of one of the coolest fight moves you'll ever see. It defies description so I will let you check out the video for yourself. The win also garnered Pettis an automatic Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight title shot.
