Get your tasters and sippers ready. It’s almost time for the first-ever Battle of the Bites, a charitable culinary showdown that will pit six esteemed Midwestern chefs against one another in a friendly (and delicious) competition in support of a great cause.

Battle of the Bites will take place at Pilot Project, 1128 N. 9th St. on Friday March 14 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

During the event, six chefs will go head to head, each presenting their most creative dishes and beer pairings.

Your job? Taste them all and vote for your favorite.  The winning chef will receive both bragging rights and a donation to give to their favorite charitable organization.

Tickets are $79.99 per person and can be purchased online. Each ticket includes five beer tickets (one pint per ticket), one serving of each chef’s creation and an opportunity to vote for the winning dish!
