According to an employee, Oro di Oliva, an upscale oil and vinegar shop, will open, if all goes according to plan, inside the Public Market on May 1.
Owner Josh Saiia has two other locations, 338 E. Silver Spring Dr. in Whitefish Bay and 7606 Harwood Ave. in Wauwatosa.
"We're really excited to be there," says Saiia.
