After a five year hiatus, Radio Milwaukee’s popular SoundBites fundraiser is back, returning to the Harley-Davidson Museum, 400 W. Canal st. on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m.

During the event, guests will graze through 12 listening and tasting stations where they will sample delicious dishes which have been perfectly paired with corresponding songs. Both the chefs and DJs will be on hand to chat about the inspiration behind each pairing.

Chef/DJ pairings will include:

The evening also will include a wine pull, a gift-card grab featuring local restaurants, a silent auction, a complimentary Jack Daniels tasting from Brown Forman and a marquee set from DJ DRiPSweat.

Tickets for the event are $150 per person and can be purchased online. All proceeds benefit Radio Milwaukee and its stations WYMS-FM 88.9 (known as 88Nine) and online music streaming service HYFIN.

SoundBites is made possible thanks to the generous support of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, s.c. and von Briesen & Roper, s.c.
