Festival season hasn't technically begun yet, but it sure feels like it has with the now-daily deluge of music lineup announcements. (This is not a complaint.) And here's the latest reveal, this afternoon coming from the Westown Association and the upcoming 2019 River Rhythms season.

As usual, the live music festival will take place at Pere Marquette Park, running every Wednesday night (minus July 3, due to the holiday week) from 6:30 to 9 p.m. And as usual, the music lineup is an impressive and intriguing combination of diverse genres, jumping from '80s rock to reggae-infused roots, blues and jazz to polka, John Mellencamp tributes to a folk mix featuring both bagpipes and didgeridoo.

Here's the full lineup:

June 12 – Bad Medicine

June 19 – Shonn Hinton

June 26 – Radio Radio

July 3 – No concert

July 10 – Natty Nation

July 17 – Leroy Airmaster

July 24 – Cigarette Break

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
