Rufus King International School will hold a pep rally on Thursday at 8:35 a.m. as the boys basketball team prepares to face Mukwonago High School in the state tournament semifinals at the University of Wisconsin.

Rufus King students, staff, band, cheerleaders, wrestlers, swimmers, girls basketball team members, drum line, principal and MPS Superintendent Gregory Thornton will all be in attendance.

The public is welcome to join the crowd at 1801 W. Olive Street in Milwaukee as Rufus King – recognized for academics with a No. 1 ranking in Wisconsin by U.S. News and World Report – prepares for athletic success in Madison.

Rufus King will play Mukwonago High School Thursday night at the Kohl Center. Game time is approximately 8:15 p.m.
