Yesterday during the grand reopening of Sherman Phoenix, the entrepreneurial collective announced its new non-profit arm, Sherman Phoenix Foundation.

Today, Molson Coors Beverage Company donated a $50,000 gift in the form of a matching grant that will support efforts by the Foundation to leverage strategies focused on economic equity and empowerment, entrepreneurship and small business success, strategic corporate investment and training, and emotional wellness for leaders of color.

“Last year we made a commitment to support non-profit partners fighting for equality, and the key to making that commitment impactful was ensuring it was long term,” said Tami Garrison, community affairs manager for Molson Coors. “This donation not only represents the renewal of our community investment strategy, but hopefully equips an incredible organization like the Sherman Phoenix Foundation with the resources needed to pursue their missions.”
