A lot of people traveled this past week because of the holidays and / or spring break vacations, which left others with the desire to hit the road – or the sky. So this week, OnMilwaukee.com asked the social circle where they would travel if they could.

Michelle Gilbert: "Africa. I've always loved the culture, people, animals and art of Africa. It's been my dream for years to go there and go on a tour of a variety of countries/nations."

Allie Good-Gadziemski: "San Fran, because I like it."

Alissa Gonyea: "Netherlands. I love the cheese."

Jennifer Goyette: "Mayfair Mall 1979. Wait, is there a time travel limitation? Seriously, I want to visit Turkey, just Google image it and I won't need to describe why."

Tom Julio: "If this is hypothetical and meant no worries for my safety, then Mayfair Mall."

Paul Kennedy: "Tahiti. The beauty and romantic adventure of Paul Gauguin and Fletcher Christian. Plus their fruit punch really hits the spot!"

Matthew J. Knuth: "Bulgaria! Because no one else wants to go there. Does this include time travel, by the way? I only ask because if I had made some more prudent investments I could pretty much afford to go wherever I want or just sit around in my underwear, which is actually far more likely."

Erin Shea Linnane: "In 2014 we are on our way to Ireland and Germany. We want to see our roots. Ireland for me and Germany for my husband."
