Every few years, there's a new trend in bar themes. Martini bars, wine bars, vodka lounges and bars with a zillion beer choices all have their day in the sun. Martini bars are still hot. Martinis are timeless, and, consequently, so are martini bars. They will always make a great special occasion destination, whether a couple celebrates an anniversary, Valentine's Day or just a romantic night out.
