{image1}We've all heard that eventually the real estate "bubble" that is causing property values to skyrocket around the country is going to burst. In 2005, rates rose 12.6 percent higher than they did in 2004, which was already 8.9 percent higher than the previous year.

Experts like Alan Greenspan say this can't last, but what do you think? Will Milwaukee's real estate "bubble" burst? And if so, when?

Last week's question: Was Fonzie cool?

Henry Winkler could have been much "cooler" had he taken the fashion lead of Prince and Tony Orlando and donned platform shoes so he could have at least looked Pinky Tuscadero in the eyes.

I am a 40-year-old lady who thought Fonzie was "way cool." He may have been a trouble-maker, but he was never mean. Any girl loves the bad boy image. He also had a sweet side to him. He was pretty sweet to Mrs. Cunningham and Joannie. Yes, Fonzie wsa very cool!
Liz Valley

I don't know exactly what defines cool nowadays, and I don't think I have ever been described as cool. But Fonzie was honest, hardworking, caring, compassionate and a good friend. Yeah, that's cool.

Yes, Fonzie was very cool.
Peter Breitlow

Henry Winkler was stereotypically "cool" in "Happy Days," and redefines what it means to be cool in his personal life. Winkler's a fantastic person; a real genuine guy.
