The Stuffed pierogi truck will make its food truck debut during a soft opening on Monday, May 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. outside of Sugar Maple, 441 E. Lincoln Ave. in Bay View.

The truck, which specializes in both traditional and more creative takes on authentic pierogi, is run by husband and wife team, Gosia and Stephen Glazer. Their pierogi debuted on the menu at Dopp’s, 1753 S. 68th St. and will continue to be featured at the West Allis bar and grill.
