Look up in the sky!
It's a bird, it's a plane ... no, it's just more work being done this week on the troubled terra cotta on the facade at City Hall.
Workers began inspecting the City Hall structure this week after recent cold weather to see if the terra cotta was holding up under the conditions.
It's a source of concern for the city ever since a piece of the terra cotta fell off in February 2011.
Ever since, City Hall has had a protective canopy over the sidewalk of the City
Hall building where hundreds of workers and visitors come each day.
These days, until the current inspection that closed down parts of North Water Street, near City Hall is done, folks will likely keep their eyes nervously to the sky.
