Tha Circle recently opened in the former Treats Tavern space, 2221 N. Humboldt Blvd. The sports-themed bar also offers DJ and karaoke nights on Wednesdays.
Treats Tavern was owned and operated by Mark Smukalla for 22 years before he passed away in 2015. His daughter later sold the business.
