Summer might be settling down in Milwaukee, but country star Thomas Rhett is already looking forward to next year. On Monday, he announced the “Better In Boots” Tour, which will be making its way to 30 cities next summer, including an August 5th date at Alpine Valley Music Theatre.

The tour announcement comes on the heels of “About A Woman,” Rhett’s seventh studio album, which was released last month. He’ll be joined by Tucker Wetmore, The Castellos, and Dasha on the 30-city run, which does not include a Chicago or Minneapolis-area stop. The August 2025 show also marks his first visit to Alpine Valley, having previously played Summerfest in 2022 as well as American Family Field on his “Life Changes” tour in 2018.

In just over a decade, Rhett has amassed more than 20 number-one singles, as well as a slew of awards including CMT, Billboard, and ACM trophies, being named the 2020 Entertainer of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. With over 16 billion streams, he’s been a fixture of country music, and he’ll bring that live experience to the picturesque amphitheater in East Troy.

Tickets for Thomas Rhett’s “Better In Boots” tour go on sale this Friday via Rhett’s website, with fan club and Citi cardholders getting access to a pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
