Ryan Matteson of Muzzle of Bees has announced that the May 22 Timber Timbre show at the Cactus Club has been canceled.
The band will be on tour in Europe during that time, instead. Dates were canceled in Pontiac, Mich., Chicago, Evanston, Ill., and Minneapolis, too.
Matteson says that everyone who purchased tickets online has been refunded.
While there was talk of rescheduling the Brew City date, Matteson says he won't book it because he no longer lives in Milwaukee. Matteson relocated to Austin, Texas, earlier this year.
According to the band's label, a new Chicago date will be announced soon.
Timber Timbre's latest record, "Creep On Creepin' On," is on Arts & Crafts.
