On Saturday, Nov. 17, the Miller High Life Theatre will host "Return of the Kings: The Big Party," a hip-hop concert event featuring Too Short and Geto Boys with special guests Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Miche'le.

One of the integral figures of the West Coast hip-hop scene, Too Short scored hits like "Blow the Whistle" and "The Ghetto," along with collaborations with both 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. and an appearance in the 1990s drama "Menace II Society" as Lew-Loc. Geto Boys, on the other hand, hail from Houston, Texas, but also hit it big in the '90s with influential albums like "Grip It! On That Other Level" and "We Can't Be Stopped," opening the door for many other Southern rappers and hip-hop artists.

Tickets for the 7 p.m. show (doors open at 6 p.m.) will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 3. Admission costs from $42, $62, $69, $79 or $128. Tickets are available at the Miller High Life Theatre box office, by phone at (800) 745-3000 and online at ticketmaster.com.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
