Happy Tuesday Milwaukee. While it's not quite the 80-degree day we enjoyed on Sunday, it's sunny and warm enough that we're thinking summer.

State Fair is thinking summer, too, and has announced some headliners for the Cousins Subs Amphitheater during the 160th anniversary of the moo-ther of all fairs in Wisconsin.

Among the highlights are Daryl Stuermer: Genesis Rewired, Saturday, Aug. 6, 8 p.m., Foghat, Monday, Aug. 8 at 7, Uriah Heep at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 10.

If you're thinking more Big Gig than Big Pig, Summerfest announces the headliners on the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard stage this afternoon at the first headliner release party from 4 until 6 p.m. at Briggs & Stratton Headquarters, 12301 W. Wirth St.

While the Meat Puppets notified folks that they'll close their U.S. tour on July 9 at Summerfest at 8 p.m. on the U.S. Cellular Stage.

The Puppets issue their 13th record, "Lollipop," today on Megaforce Records.

In other news, Miss Saigon's Vietnamese Restaurant has opened on the corner of 92nd and Center Streets in the space that formerly housed Smoothielicious and the Parkway Cafe, 9201 W. Center St.

And to ensure that this roundup of tidbits seems even more random, the free Travel Wisconsin app -- which has been available for the iPhone for a few months now -- is now juiced for the Android. And, we hear that the information in the app is also getting completely updated.

You can see the details here.
