Milwaukee has yet another location for live music, right in the heart of Downtown.

The Trade Hotel, located in Deer District, announced a new series of live music events on Tuesday, labeled as Tune Inn MKE. The events will take place every Friday and Saturday evening from 7-10 p.m. at the Terrace and Lounge in Solomon’s at The Trade. The cocktail lounge will mix music with small plates and upscale drinks.

The current plan soft launched this month, and calls for a monthly lineup featuring new artists as well as an eclectic mix of Milwaukee musicians and DJs. September’s lineup featured a Friday night residency from house act Barcode and friends titled Housekeeping, and Saturdays will have a bigger mix of genres, with the Dumah Saafir Jazz Quartet as well as DJs Gemini Gilly and Nic Stokes already performing. Pop/R&B hybrid Charlie Urick and producer Keylime will round out the rest of the month.
