Actor / comedian Jimmy Fallon makes his debut as a talk-show host on NBC tonight when he takes over the "Late Night" spot vacated by Conan O'Brien, who is taking over for Jay Leno.

Network execs have a lot invested in Fallon's show, which will air at 11:37 p.m. on Channel 4 and be up against ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and Craig Ferguson's show on CBS.

Remember when O'Brien started out and his guests were D-Listers like Abe Vigoda and others? Here is a look at the guest lineup for Fallon's first week:

• Monday: Robert De Niro, Justin Timberlake, Van Morrison
• Tuesday: Tina Fey, Jon Bon Jovi
• Wednesday: Cameron Diaz, Billy Crudup
• Thursday: Donald Trump, Serena Williams, Ludacris
• Friday: Drew Barrymore, Mario Batali
