Fight the FOMO with our guide to the Great Milwaukee Summer. We've got the hottest places to eat, drink, hang out, and all the things you love to do. Brought to you by Geis Garage Doors and UPAF (United Performing Arts Fund)!
If you haven’t made it to Vault, the lively raw bar and cocktail lounge on Milwaukee’s scenic Riverwalk, you might just want to set aside time this weekend to check it out.
The party starts on Thursday, May 15 when Vault, located inside the River Center Market at 111 E. Kilbourn Ave., officially opens its gorgeous riverfront patio for the season. The festivities kick off with a performance by local artist Joe Wray at 4 p.m. on Thursday, and continue on Friday, May 16 with high-energy sets from DJ Mixx’Chelle and Saturday, May 17, with beats by DJ Julian Gross.
To make the celebration even sweeter, all weekend long guests can enjoy a variety of specials including $1 oysters, $2 composed oysters and $10 select cocktails.
But, that’s not all.
Brunch!
On Sunday, May 18, Vault will launch its very first brunch service, offering guests the opportunity to soak in the sunshine, enjoy the stunning riverfront views and gather with friends for the most relaxing meal of the weekend.
The brunch menu will include a variety of dishes including a Smoked Salmon Plate with capers, salmon, and fresh accoutrements; a Waffle Board showcasing toppings like fresh berries, powdered sugar, maple syrup, nutella and bacon; Espresso Martinis garnished with mini doughnut holes; and a Bloody Mary Bar with customizable toppings.
Guests can also look forward to live music, pop-ups and more as the summer progresses.
“We’re keeping the energy alive all weekend with unbeatable specials, great vibes, and the perfect spot on the river to welcome summer,” said Kaelyn Cervero, owner of Vault.
