Real estate developer Alexander Torbica plans to open Venue on Water in the former Riverview Antique Market, 175 S. Water St.
If all goes according to plan, Venue on Water will open in April as a space for corporate events and weddings with a capacity of around 300 people.
"We’ll start with weddings and corporate events and see where it goes from there," says Torbica.
Riverview Antique Market, which appeared in an episode of "Milwaukee Blacksmith" last year, is now located at 2045 W. St. Paul Ave.
