This week, we talked with Chefs Daniel Jacobs and Dan Van Rite of the JVR Group about the delicious menu of wood-fired cuisine available at Ash, the unique new restaurant inside the Iron Horse Hotel at 500 W. Florida St. in Walker's Point.
