It’s with dismay that OnMilwaukee.com has come to presume The Vox, 2203 N. Prospect Ave., is closed. Windows covered in brown paper and a disconnected phone number are clues that the East Side bar has shut its doors, at least temporarily.
In 2005, The Vox closed temporarily without notice for interior remodeling.
Will the bar re-open? We’ll just have to wait and see.
