So now that the "Turner Hall Ballroom is a music venue" secret has finally surfaced to the majority, it appears there has been some rearranging.

As we reported, the management at The Pabst and Riverside Theaters will take over at Turner, and have announced today that they've relocated The Wallflowers' Pabst performance on Tuesday, Nov. 6 to Turner Hall Ballroom on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Tickets purchased from The Pabst Theater will be honored at Turner Hall Ballroom. All ticket holders will be contacted by The Pabst Theater to inform them of the venue change.

Tickets are available for $22.50 in advance at Pabst Theater box office and The Riverside Theaterbox office, on the web at www.turnerhallballroom.org and www.tickets.com, or by calling (414) 286-3663 or (800) 511-1552, or $25 day of show at Turner Hall Ballroom.

Julie Lawrence Special to OnMilwaukee.com

OnMilwaukee.com staff writer Julie Lawrence grew up in Wauwatosa and has lived her whole life in the Milwaukee area.

As any “word nerd” can attest, you never know when inspiration will strike, so from a very early age Julie has rarely been seen sans pen and little notebook. At the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee it seemed only natural that she major in journalism. When OnMilwaukee.com offered her an avenue to combine her writing and the city she knows and loves in late 2004, she knew it was meant to be. Around the office, she answers to a plethora of nicknames, including “Lar,” (short for “Larry,” which is short for “Lawrence”) as well as the mysteriously-sourced “Bill Murray.”
