Raised Grain Brewing Co. and Waukesha County Parks have announced the schedule for their 2021 Pop-Up Beer Gardens tour, which starts Friday, May 21 and visits parks across the county.
The beer gardens will be open Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 9 p.m., and Saturdays, 3-9.
Vehicles in the parks require either an annual Waukesha County Parks Sticker, which can be purchased at waukeshacountyparks.com, or paid daily park entrance fee.
Customers will find seven Raised Grain brews on tap, alongside the Waukesha brewery's Diamond Hard Seltzer.
There will also be food trucks rotating throughout the season, including Matty’s Food Truck, Just Smokin’ BBQ, Benet's BBQ and Tramper’s Oak Fired Pizza.
“Raised Grain looks forward to seeing family and friends enjoy a beer or hard seltzer outdoors in their favorite parks this summer,” said Nick Reistad of Raised Grain Brewing Co. “We are taking the necessary steps to offer a safe experience for all our guests.”
The beer gardens will make use of space to encourage and allow for social distancing and visitors are asked to mask up according to state and local guidelines, as well as bring their own folding chairs to help make use of the open space available.
“We are pleased to be offering a safe outdoor option for our community to enjoy both our beautiful park system and local brews from Raised Grain once again,” said Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow.
