George Webb restaurants will soon offer customers free Wi-Fi. The first location to include the service is the lower East Side eatery at 1828 N. Farwell Ave., on Dec. 21. Other Webb restaurants will offer the free service in the near future.  The service was installed by Waukesha-based Transcendent, LLC.

The first Webb’s opened in 1948 on the corner of Ogden and Van Buren Streets. Today there are 41 George Webb restaurants in Wisconsin.
